I made a FE-like demo with this asset pack!  It's great for a FE-style game. I really like how it came with everything I needed, including tiles.

I'd be interested in commissioning more unit sprites if you are will to take them.

The sprites are really good, I used them developing my first game and I must say they are amazing

Awesome sprites! Would you ever create a 'celebration' animation for winning a battle? (And would you do commissioned work?)

Hey, I'm not currently taking on commissions but celebration animations is something I'll look in to adding at some point.

Thanks for making this art pack! I tried making a game with it (https://alzhu1.itch.io/one-hit-kill-tactics), and I really like the art, it fits super well in a tactics game.

One thing I wanted to mention was when I downloaded it, I think AxeFighter_ShortHair_Blue1 is actually a sprite sheet of a Red axe fighter instead, just a heads up. Anyways, love the art pack, thanks again!

Hey, thanks for letting me know about the AxeFighter sheet, I'll look in to it. I had a quick play through the game and I made it through to the end, everything is very crisp and smooth, feels great to play.

amazing to get the environment tileset and UI elements in addition to the characters! great little pack!

Can you make main character sprites? think hector or eliwood or lyn from fe7 or stuff like that? or even just a base that you can customize? If not thats fine and i will try to butcher them myself, but it would be helpful! thanks

I've got a plan to look in to customisation at some point in the future and I'll continue to add updates but it's probably a way off.

Okay, Thanks anyways, looking forward to it! :D

Every asset you have released is pure gold. Love your art style and palettes. Can't wait to play around with this, thank you so much!

Am I allowed to distribute a game in which I do not obfuscate this asset pack within the code somehow? (hiding the raw image data in code or encrypted format) Typically I would put it in the assets folder of the game directory but not sure if the license allows me to do so as that may be considered distributing the art. I will definitely give credit to the art, probably in either a README file or the Credits inside the game.

Note that since I'm coding the game using a game library in a regular programming language such as python using a regular IDE, I'm unable to release the game without also having the assets as part of the game directory somehow in which case people have direct access to the assets. Note that I may find a way to compile the game and assets into an executable format or encrypted format but that is not preventing people from also decompiling it.

Hi, that's fine, you don't need to encrypt the assets. As long as they're used as a component part of a piece of software and not being redistributed by themselves or as  part of an asset compilation, it doesn't matter if they're accessible or can be reverse engineered by an end user.

Okay, thank you for the clarification. I really appreciate how quick you responded to my message. I am currently working on a game with RTS and Tactics modes that uses these assets.

Another amazing sprite pack, I used it for a recent game jam https://bouncingturtlegames.itch.io/vampire-dunk-tank

Really cool, I hadn't pictured using the sprites in a side on perspective but it works

This is lovely, there's a lack of assets in this style and I love how clean your pixel-art is!

what are the character sizes [eg 16x16x 32x32, etc]?

Hi, sorry for the late reply - the characters are scaled to fit on a 16x16 grid but the actual dimensions in the sprite sheet are 32x32 to allow for the attack animations, taller characters, polearms etc.

Wonderful, will you continue to update in the future?

Thanks! There's a few things I've got planned to add if there's enough interest.

I am developing a felike srpg, hope your new work.
